Individualized Skills & Socialization (ISS) Program: "29:11"
In Plano, Texas, we are home to over 150 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our purpose is to create and provide a meaningful day for all abilities. Our program "29:11 by Altruistic" runs Monday- Friday 8:30am-2:30pm with available aftercare from 2:30-5pm at Coit Road.
(Students at Data may attend aftercare at Coit Rd but only one location is open after 2:30pm.)
Waiver program services can be used to pay for the ISS day program Monday-Friday from 8:30am-2:30pm.
CLASS services can be used for the allotted weekly hours listed on the service plan.
Private pay tuition is also available.
Private Pay Tuition 8:30-2:30pm
$1000/month 5 day program
$850/month 4 day program
$670/month 3 day program
$500/month 2 day program
$250/month 1 day program
(Due by the 1st for the month ahead. Morning and afternoon care is not included.
Morning care: 8am -8:30am $200/month, *Aftercare 2:30pm-5pm $400/month
*only available at Coit Rd location. Students who attend Data can take the van over to Coit at 1:45pm for aftercare.
All tuition is billed per month and is not prorated for any circumstances.
The program is named after Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the thoughts I think towards you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."
Everyone has a future. Some futures behold college or a full-time job. Some behold bowling on Thursdays with your friends. Whatever your future is, we believe God has a plan for each of our "Friends" at Altruistic.
29:11 runs year-round and closes for holidays and staff development.
Our program offers life skills, pre-vocational training, community skills, and recreation.
ISS programs are for individuals 18 and older.
Our ultimate goal is to provide a meaningful day for our beloved Altruistic Family.
